June 17th
Today we went to Dollywood. This was an all day affair. And I mean all day. We got there at 9:00am and got home at 9:00pm. We met my friend Tammy and her kids there and the boys hit it off from the first minute. They were like the 3 Musketeers walking all over the park.

The best ride was the River Battle. You don't come off that ride dry at all
Alex was being a gentlemen and helping to push Beth around later in the day
Here is Ellis and Beth at the sidewalk water park. Tammy said this was the first time Beth went in by herself and walked all the whole way through.
Needless to say, the big kids were soaked to the bone after being in there.

Aren't they just too cute? They had them all over the park and some were boys and some were girls and they even had families!
And to ended the day ... some yummy icecream
Then it was time to say good bye! The boys were sad and want to come up again.

Oh and the biggest news of the day...Kyle went on his first BIG roller coaster... Thunderhead!
It was a 55mph wooden coaster. He was freaking out going up the lift but he loved it! We tried very hard to talk him into trying out Mystery Mine but he said he wasn't ready. Maybe next time.

We had a great time. Can't wait to do it again. Where is the picture of the huge cinnabun that Chuck and the boys ate at the end of the day with their ice cream? No, we would never give our kids tons of sugar at the end of the day. LOL
